Dear Students and Parents,
William Peace University has a concern for the student who suffers a serious illness or accident and has to leave the University before the semester is completed. In many instances it means not only the loss of time invested in studies, but also the loss of the semester's costs.

We are pleased to inform you that William Peace University has arranged to offer the Tuition Refund Plan to students and parents to minimize the financial portion of the loss. This elective insurance plan, made available through A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. (Dewar), provides coverage for tuition, housing and meal charges. The costs insured for the 2017-2018 academic year will typically be $28,500 for full time undergraduate tuition and $10,800 for on-campus housing. The cost of the plan for 2017-2018 will be $196.00 a semester for full time students living on campus. The cost for full time commuter students is $142.00 a semester.

This plan significantly extends and enhances the University's published refund policy. In cases of withdrawals due to accident, illness or mental health conditions, the plan assures you a 70 percent refund throughout the term.

We are pleased to make the Tuition Refund Plan from Dewar available as an option for students and parents. William Peace University receives no compensation for this program. It is entirely offered as a service to you. Please complete and return the form sent to you by the University on or before August 23, 2017.
